- Map every component. Give each sleeve, bag, label, insert, box, carton, tape, and wrap a packaging ID.
- Record material data. Capture dimensions, weight, material, polymer, recycled content, coating, ink, adhesive, and supplier.
- Simplify packaging design. Remove unnecessary packaging and avoid paper-plastic combinations that consumers cannot easily separate.
- Test the packed product. Confirm protection, carton utilization, empty space, barcode readability, and shipping performance.
